Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, AltoV Beauty only ships within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future, but no timeline is guaranteed.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Standard shipping usually arrives within 5–7 business days after processing, but timing may vary by carrier and location.
- Expedited shipping options (such as 2-day and overnight) may be available at checkout.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please note: All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Q: What if my order is delayed?
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email with an updated delivery estimate.
AltoV Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Q: Are there shipping cutoffs or holiday delays?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or during holidays may take longer to ship.
During peak seasons, shipping times may be extended.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Q: Who covers return shipping?
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, AltoV Beauty will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Determination of product defects is at AltoV Beauty’s discretion.
Q: How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Q: Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Yes. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@altovbeauty.com within 30 days of purchase. Include:
- The product you’d like to exchange
- The replacement item you’d like
- Proof of purchase
Once we review your request, we’ll provide return instructions. Exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
AltoV Beauty formulates with sensitive and mature skin in mind. Our products are:

However, everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list and conducting a patch test before use to ensure compatibility with your skin.
Q: Do you test on animals?
Never. AltoV Beauty is 100% cruelty-free. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
Q: Are your products vegan?
